1 主耶和华示我夏果一筐、

2 曰、阿摩司欤、尔所见维何、我曰、夏果一筐、耶和华曰、我民以色列、末期已届、我不复赦宥之、

3 主耶和华曰、是日殿中之歌、变为号啕、尸骸繁多、随在弃掷、人皆缄默、

4 尔欲吞噬穷乏、灭绝斯土之贫民者、其听我言、

5 尔曰、月朔何时过、俾我侪粜谷、安息何时过、俾我侪鬻麦、小其伊法、大其舍客勒、以欺诳之衡诈人、

6 以银购穷乏、以屦易贫民、以劣麦出售、

7 耶和华指雅各之荣而誓曰、彼之所为、我永不忘、

8 斯地岂不因此而震动、居其中者岂不悲哀乎、斯地将坟起、如大河之涨、摇撼而复下陷、如埃及之河焉、

9 主耶和华曰、是日也、我将使日沈于亭午、使地晦于白昼、
