1 昔以法莲战兢出言、居高位于以色列中、后因巴力而干咎、底于灭亡、

2 今干罪愈甚、以银铸像、循其聪明造偶、悉为工匠所制、指之而言曰、任献祭者与犊接吻、

3 故彼众若朝云、若露立见消散、若禾场之糠、为飓风飘扬、若烟腾于牖外、

4 我自尔出埃及时、为尔上帝耶和华、我外、尔不识他神、我外、无救者、

5 我在旷野旱干之地识尔、

6 斯民得食而饱、饱则心骄、而忘乎我、

7 我则向之如狮、若豹伏伺于途、

8 我遇之、必若丧子之熊、裂其心胸、如牝狮噬之、如野兽裂之、

9 以色列欤、尔之败亡、乃因敌我、即助尔者、

10 昔尔曰、以王与牧伯赐我、今尔王安在、俾救尔于诸邑、尔之士师安在、

11 我怒以王予尔、亦怒而废之、

12 以法莲之愆尤缄封、其罪恶盖藏、

13 产妇之痛苦、必忽临之、彼乃无知之子、其时已至、不宜濡滞子宫之间、

14 我将救之出于阴府、赎之脱于死亡、死亡乎、尔之为祸安在、阴府乎、尔之为害安在、我必不显厥悔、

15 彼于昆弟中虽结实、而东风将来、即耶和华之风起自原野、使其源竭泉涸、掠其所藏之宝器、

16 撒玛利亚悖逆其上帝、必负厥咎、仆于锋刃、婴孩被碎、孕妇被刳、
