1 耶西之干、将生萌蘖、其枝结实、由于其根、

2 耶和华之神必临之、即智慧明哲之神、谋畧才能之神、知识与寅畏耶和华之神也、

3 彼以寅畏耶和华为悦、不依目见而鞫、不依耳闻而拟、

4 秉公义以鞫贫乏者、持中正以拟世之谦卑者、以口杖击斯土、以唇气杀恶人、

5 义以束腰、信以束身、

6 狼与羔羊同居、豹与山羊同卧、稚狮与牛犊肥畜共处、幼童牵之、

7 牛熊同食、其子共伏、狮将啮刍若牛、

8 乳哺之婴、戏玩于蝮穴、方断乳者、置手于虺窟、

9 在我圣山、悉无伤害、盖知耶和华之知识、充乎寰区、若水弥漫于海、○

10 是日也、耶西之根、立为万民之纛、异邦归附、其驻跸之所、必有荣焉、○

11 是日也、主复举手、救其遗民、使自亚述、埃及、巴忒罗、古实、以拦、示拿、哈马、及诸海岛而归、

12 向列邦建纛、集以色列之被逐者、自地四极、聚犹大之离散者、

13 以法莲之妒必泯、犹大之敌必绝、以法莲不妒犹大、犹大不扰以法莲、

14 二国西击非利士之境、虏东方之民、加手于以东及摩押、亚扪族亦顺服焉、

15 耶和华将竭埃及海股、挥手河上、加以烈风、击之分为七川、使人着屦以涉、

16 俾归自亚述之遗民、得有大路、若以色列出埃及然、
