1 （上帝仆摩西之祷词○）主欤、尔为我居所、历世不易兮、

2 山冈尚未生出、寰区尚未造成、自亘古迄永久、尔为上帝兮、

3 尔使人归于土、曰尔世人其旋返兮、

4 自尔视之、千年如已逝之昨日、同于夜之一更兮、

5 尔冲人若大水、彼如寝寐、如朝生之草兮、

6 晨则萌芽滋长、夕则芟刈枯槁兮、

7 我侪因尔怒而消亡、缘尔忿而惊惶兮、

8 我之罪愆、尔陈之于目前、我之隐恶、尔显之于容光兮、

9 我之时日、度于尔怒、毕我岁月、如叹息之发兮、

10 我之年数、乃为七旬、如其强健、可至八旬、然其所夸、祇为忧苦、其逝迅速、我去如飞兮、

11 孰识尔怒之势、孰依畏尔之道、而知尔忿乎、

12 求尔教我计己之日、俾获慧心兮、

13 耶和华欤、历时何久、尚其回转、悔心于尔仆兮、

14 使我侵晨饫尔慈惠、致我毕生欢欣喜乐兮、

15 依尔苦我之日、遘难之年、俾我喜乐兮、

16 显尔作为于尔仆、着尔荣光于其裔兮、

17 愿我主上帝之恩临我、尚其坚立我手所作、我手所作、坚立之兮、
