1 人有讼事、就于士师、士师听之、必直其义者、罪其恶者、

2 恶人罪当受笞、士师使伏于前、如数笞之、

3 笞数勿逾四十、若笞之过多、恐贱尔昆弟、○

4 踏谷之牛、勿笼其口、○

5 兄弟同居、其一无子而死、死者之妻、不可他适、夫弟当娶为妻、以尽厥分、

6 首生之子、必为兄嗣、使于以色列中、不绝其名、

7 如弟不欲娶之、则妇当至邑门、见长老曰、我夫之弟、不欲其兄留名于以色列中、不尽为弟之分、

8 邑之长老必召而问之、如执意言不欲娶之、

9 则妇于长老前、就而解其履、唾其面曰、不欲为兄立家者、必如是待之、

10 后在以色列中、必称之曰解履之家、○

11 二人相鬬、其一之妻、前欲援其夫、脱于击者之手、而执其下体、

12 则必断其手、勿惜之、○

13 囊中勿有异权、一大一小、

14 家中勿有异量、一大一小、

15 惟权与量、具必准确公平、致可延年、于尔上帝耶和华所锡之地、

16 凡行此非义者、乃尔上帝耶和华所恶也、○

17 昔尔出埃及时、亚玛力人所行于尔者尔当忆之、

18 彼不畏上帝、乘尔途间疲惫、杀尔后行之荏弱者、

19 尔上帝耶和华、拯尔脱于四周之敌、俾得绥安、于其所赐为业之地、则必涂亚玛力志于天下、尔勿忘之、
